Please complete the order inquiry form and include as much detail as possible regarding your event, theme, colors, quantity, and design ideas. Once your form has been submitted, I will contact you via email and/or phone to discuss pricing, availability, and final order details before your order is officially confirmed.

Sweetie Pucks can accommodate most custom images, logos, photos, and themed designs. A digital design approval may be provided prior to production to ensure your order details are correct before we proceed.

Please note:

• Additional charges may apply for orders requesting multiple image designs, extensive customization, or complex artwork.
• Customers are responsible for obtaining permission to use any copyrighted or trademarked images, logos, or characters submitted for custom orders.
• Sweetie Pucks reserves the right to decline any image or design request that may violate copyright or trademark restrictions.

At this time, Sweetie Pucks does not offer sugar-free alternatives. We do offer select gluten-free options; however, Sweetie Pucks are prepared in a shared kitchen environment and are not produced in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen.

For custom-themed Sweetie Pucks, I recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance whenever possible. This allows time to coordinate design details, specialty colors, custom edible images, and any specific supplies needed for your order.

Pricing may vary based on:

• Number of designs requested
• Color variations
• Custom image work
• Design complexity and detail

Last-minute orders may be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to rush pricing.

To keep your Sweetie Pucks looking and tasting their best, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

Storage Guidelines

You may store Sweetie Pucks:

• At room temperature: up to 3 days 
• In the refrigerator: up to 3 weeks 
• In the freezer: up to 3 months 

Serving Instructions

Sweetie Pucks are best enjoyed at room temperature.

• If refrigerated, remove from the refrigerator 1–2 hours before serving.
• If frozen, transfer to the refrigerator for approximately 24–48 hours to thaw, then bring to room temperature before serving. 

For best appearance and texture, avoid condensation and sudden temperature changes whenever possible.

Pick-up date and time will be set-up when the order is placed.

Sweetie Pucks ship nationwide with delivery typically arriving within 2–3 business days. During warmer weather or shipments to hotter climates, insulated cold packaging may be required to help protect your order in transit. Shipping and handling rates vary based on destination, weather conditions, and packaging needs.

Because all Sweetie Pucks orders are custom-made and production time is reserved specifically for your event, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are non-refundable due to production, custom printing, ingredient preparation, and reserved scheduling already in progress.
• Orders that have already been completed, shipped, or are in transit are non-refundable.

We understand that plans can occasionally change and will always do our best to accommodate schedule adjustments whenever possible.
