To assemble your braelet you will need:
- Long Bugle Beads (Dashes)
- Color Beads (Dots)
- Clear Seed Beads (Spacers / Filler)
- 4x4 Black Felt
- Memory Wire Coil
- Decoder Card
Not included but recommended:
- round needle nose pliars
- wire cutter
Using your 4x4 black felt asa work surface pour out your beads to get ready to start.
Start by filling out your decoder card with your word or message. I chose Living My Best Life. Write the letters on the lines and the corresponding dots and dashes uynder the letter. Make a slash between the words
Picking up your memory wire, you can either tape one end or use a round needle nose pliers, pinching the end then turning away from you to create a loop. Make sure your loop is closed so your beads do not fall off.
Time to start beading. Picking up your wire and refer to your first letter, mine is L, start to place your dots and dashes on the memory wire. Pick up and place the bead on the wire by scooping it up off the felt pad. After each letter place a seed bead on the wire. Once you complete a word place 5
After you have placed all your dots and dashes it's time to finish the bracelet. I added a total of 30 seed beads to each end. After placing 30 beads on the open end use your pliers to make a loop just you did before. Then remove the tape or cut the end so I can add the other 30 seed beads. Remember
As you can see there are plenty of beads included. My message was long, and I still have beads to spare.
Congratulations!
You made your own Morse Code Bracelet with your hidden word or message.
